We are proud to offer an elite lesson program to the Pittsburgh area. We operate 7 days a week and welcome all ages from beginner to advanced.
In order to develop a well-rounded rider, our lessons not only include riding, but we also teach our students how to properly care for horses, as well. This helps foster a stronger relationship between horse and rider and also teaches responsibility.
Our lesson program is carefully structured to fit your specific needs and goals. Don’t have a horse? Our experienced lesson horse and ponies can accommodate riders from their beginning stages to intermediate level.
We strongly encourage students who take multiple lessons a week, in addition to riding for over a year to purchase their own saddle. Additionally, once our instructors feel that the student has outgrown our school horses, that the student takes the next step toward leasing or purchasing their own horse in order to excel in their riding career.
Our Lesson instructors range from a variety of levels and take our students to both local and national level competitions.
The following prices are for students that take lessons on a school horse owned by Houdini Farms:
Hour Private: $75
Hour Group: $65
Half Hour Private or Semi Private: $60
The Following prices are with one of our four instructors for customers that board at Houdini Farms that either lease or own a horse.
